 It is a 50cc sport cylinder made of aluminum with a high resistance Nikasil coating. The cylinder was developed for everyday use and is therefore approved for road use.
 The kit includes:
 50ccm cylinder with 40mm diameter, aluminum, 5 transfer ports (inlet) and 1 outlet with pulse ports

 The design of this cylinder is based on that of its older brother, the Stage6 Big Racing. As in Big Racing, you will find the 49 cm³ stamped mark. Based on the Big Racing's 50mm bore, this 50cc cylinder has large intake ports and large cooling channels.
 In terms of performance, the Sport MKII easily rises to the top of comparable sports models. The generous inlet channels result in good filling and the outlet, supported by booster ports, ensures optimal flushing. Generous port times (118 ° - 181 °) offer a wide range of uses and guarantee optimized engine characteristics and plenty of driving pleasure over a wide rpm range.
 To ensure maximum reliability, Stage6 has opted for a 2-ring piston. Using 2-ring pistons slightly reduces cylinder performance, but greatly increases cylinder life. The design of this cylinder is based, as already mentioned, on the larger Stage6 Big Racing and incorporates a comparable high volume cooling system, so the engine can be cooled efficiently while driving.
 To get the most out of this 50cc Stage6 MKII Sport cylinder, we recommend pairing it with a minimum 21mm carburettor and a Stage6 Streetrace exhaust (or equivalent). Attention, if your crankshaft is already more than 5000 km long, we recommend replacing it with a new reinforced crankshaft.
