- We are pleased to present our new Racing Factory exhaust 88 / 96cm3, version 2019.
The odds for this boat are consistent and unusual, which really makes it an XXL model, suitable for larger engines.
The main focus, compared to the exhaust on the 2017 version it replaces, has been to significantly improve power at high speed.The exhaust venturi is a 4 hole mount, to mount with our latest RF-WR cylinders. Its internal shape has an evolution of section, oblong at the entrance and round at the exit. A 5mm thick aluminum shim is provided to allow adjustment of the length of the exhaust and therefore its tuning. (+ long = + even, but less length).Technically, this exhaust is manufactured as follows:- 8/10 mm thick AP04 steel sheet, laser cut- Unit for laminating each cone manually- Unitary welding of the seam of each cone by TIG welding- Placement of each cone and studs by TIG welding- Welding of the pot by oxyacetylene.- Each weld is struck, so as not to have a weld bead inside the pot.This exhaust is delivered complete, with all the necessary assembly for each machine, with assembly on a silent block.Mounts on:- MINARELLI horizontal scooter motor
