KIT BIDALOT RACING FACTORY 96CC WR MINARELLI LC

We are pleased to present our new High Engine Racing Factory - WR, for MINARELLI horizontal motor scooter, in 96cm3 version. Combined with our 48.0mm stroke crankshaft, the exact displacement is 96.13cc.

This set, developed by our racing department, has been specially designed for racing competition ... However, other uses are possible, as Team BIDALOT Expresso has achieved 2 world speed records, in the salt lake of Bonneville, in August 2016, using the same 96cm3 version, but for DERBI Euro3 engine!

We have defined all the new transfer and exhaust cores, adapted to the new Ø50.5mm diameter. These cores have been defined to provide very high performance at high speed, without, however, penalizing torque and power at medium speed.

Completely modeled in 3D CAD, the cylinder sees its water chamber surround all the transfer and exhaust cores, with constant thicknesses, capable of guaranteeing a great dimensional stability of the cylinder, due to an optimized cooling.

The cylinder head, mass cut from type 7075 aviation aluminum, is self-centering in the cylinder. The bolt fits 0.9mm into the hole in this 96cm3 version.

The cylinder head cover is also fully machined (CNC) on state-of-the-art numerical control machines. It is anodized black and is marked with the BIDALOT Racing Factory logo. It should be noted that the cover has an M10x1.00 threaded hole, which allows the connection of a temperature probe. A sealing plug is supplied as standard, in the absence of this probe.

The fixing of the specific exhaust flange, delivered with the new Racing factory exhausts, is secured by 4 screws. However, it is possible to mount a 2-hole fixing flange, center distance 50 mm.
